Worked till 8:30 tonight... wanna study more though I have only two more days.
Tomorrow I have to work till 8 as well... oh well... there's always next year...
I know I'm pretty optimistic and always expect something. I wish I can keep the optimist part though less expectations. Expectations hurt you sometime.

Wow, I was looking outside of the widow from my office. Looking down the arcade.
It came from the drain. Took only few mins from nothing to 15 cm high of water.
I should've gone home early...geez. Bye bye to my shoes. But I had to save my bike.
Flooded everywhere.

Another typhoon is coming.
Seems like it'll be here tomorrow afternoon. Hope I can leave work early...
Haven't really studied much today. Slept in, did some reading and watched CSI NY.
Talked to my friend S. Boy he changed so much. He even prayed for me. (for my exam of course) Lately he asks me "how are you? are you happy?" every time we talk. And I know it doesn't mean he's asking me if I'm with someone and happy or how's my life going lately. He's asking me that "Are you happy with yourself?" I wrote about him a while ago here a little bit. He's been not happy with himself for a while. I think some of you even saw him stark naked and hailing a cab. He was crazy in some ways but not anymore. Haven't had much time to talk with him for long enough though hope his change making him happier.
Also got some emails from my friends today... seems like one of my best friends, she's not moving back to Vancouver... hmmm, I'm still thinking either going to Canada for my vacation or not. Oh well, gotta take a shower and do some study...

Well, I was gonna go to sleep early last night. Then I started to read a new book I got...
I talked to him after 1 in the morning and I promised to go to sleep, though... I just kept reading. Went to bed around 3. Very sleepy at work. haha
Tomorrow, I can sleep in... study for a while and might go for a coffee with my friend in late afternoon... :)

More days. I booked a hotel. Cheaper than I thought. (I had lots of points like air miles at hotel booking website...) Now I'm looking for someone to have dinner with on Sat... maybe K will join me after work... should ask him. :)

Though not too hot like the summer... 29 degrees high.
Went out for lunch with Kayoko. Then I went to English lesson with her. They are having "invite your friends" week. (or something like that) So free lesson. :) It was fun. Her teacher is cool. He's been here to teach for less than a year though he's good. I've seen many English teachers last ten years or so. Some of them were just so bad. Hope they noticed soon enough and changed their profession...
Wore my favourite t-shirt to cheer me up.

Now I realized that I only have 10 more days to study... geez, hope I can write something when I take the exam.
Seems like things have been changing around me. Not in me. Around me.
One got a new job (she just got it yesterday! Omedeto!) some others found themselves that they are actually liking what they've been doing.
I feel like maybe I would be able to go with the flow. Not like things have been bad or unhappy for me though some changes are always welcome to my life.
I just talked to one of my friends this morning. His life has been changing big time. Well, HE IS MAKING it different. The guy I knew was hard working but also partying hard, drinking heavily. Now he's changing his life. I could feel he's trying hard. It's a little bit different than me want to make some change in my life though... good for him really... I think.

Did Someone Call?
Had a busy day in Osaka. I had fun with friends though glad to be back home actually... had a lunch with Megu. Then went for shopping. We had so much fun. Stayed in a same store for more than two hours. And I didn't even buy a whole store. hehe Then I had a dinner with K. Thai food... yum. Though... I ate something really spicy. First I thought it's red pepper. Though it was a chili. I just swallowed. Then, I couldn't speak, start coughing then couldn't stop hicups. My mouth was burning. Really... then K thought it couldn't be that bad, so he ate some. We thought we're not gonna be able to speak for a while. (actually we couldn't speak for a while, but not too long) Now it's funny though...
Btw, did someone call my cell? Seems like I got an international call. Sometime it shows numbers on the screen though it was all blank that time. Anyways, if you called please call me again or email me. :)
Nice blue sky. It'll be up to 33 degrees again today... oh and they give you something to read on the bus.

Home alone tonight. As I wrote yesterday my parents went to my cousin's wedding in Kobe. (I just talked to them and they said wedding/reception was great)
I decided to do my last assignment. Now my brain spins.
Took me sooo long and I don't really know if I could survive at the exam. Too tired to check the exam schedule. I guess there's three parts and each part takes an hour and half or something like that. Oh well, I should be ok. I would do something I decided to do.
I won't be here tomorrow. well, today I mean. So no post till Tuesday. :)

My cousin will get married. She's gonna have a small wedding/reception so I won't attend it. (ya, I will be workin!) My parents will go there and then bunch of relatives go to Kyoto and have relax weekend... nice... I will be home alone tomorrow! Scary! haha

Oh and I've been seeing him on some music channels and also saw an article about him on the paper the other day... when I was in junior high and high school, I was really scared of him.

I had a lunch with Kayoko. (Vietnamese... yum) Then she went to a lesson. I had my massage appointment at 3 so I decided not to go home. Walking around and did some shopping.
Found a quiet corner and studied for a while.
I will work during the weekend (as usual) then I will have two days off. I'll be off to Osaka for shopping!!! :) Can't wait. Of course I will bring some text book so I can study on the bus... if I don't just fall a sleep... hehe

I did put my camera back to my bag though haven't taken anything. Don't feel like taking anything.
Nothing exciting is happening. (to me at least. I am very excited and happy for you baby!)
Well, it was very slow again at work. I actually went through one of my two big text books. I really should've brought another one as well. My boss didn't say anything even he saw me studying at my desk. He couldn't say anything I guess. Because there's absolutely nothing to do. I worked about an hour during my co-worker's lunch break. That's about it.
Tomorrow is my day off. I will have a lunch with my friend and later I will get a massage... mmmm, would be nice... :)

I will go to see a fortune‐teller next month. Would be interesting.
I do believe horoscopes when it says good/interesting things. Even it says bad things, I just keep that in mind though not really worry about it. So I've wanted to see a fortune-teller (or psychic) but never got a chance before. One of my co-worker told me about this fortune-teller and told me she's popular. So I decided to give it a try. :) We'll see what she's gonna say about my questions.

I was looking for a pair of shoes I bought few years ago. It's still brand new. Never wore.
Well, I forgot about the shoes, but remembered couple days ago because I noticed the store I bought this was closed down. It was a nice store though. Anyways, I dunno why I bought this pair. I might try to wear those tomorrow...
Still want a new pair.
Sandal season is almost over.
Though! still over 30 degrees high. Middle of September now! Geez.
I'll go to Osaka to do some shopping and catch up with my friends. But seems like it's around 33 degrees high in Osaka next week. That's summer. Bummer.
Can't wait to wear sweaters. Or at least can't wait the weather which I don't need to worry about if I would get a light sun stroke.

Well, my friend sent me emails today. She's having some problems with her job. She's not happy about it. I don't have any problem with my job. I've been always lucky with jobs. (when I have it of course... haha) But she has a happy personal life. And I... hmmm it depends how you see your life I think. I can say I'm happy cuz I have friends, someone who cares about me and I have someone I like. But also I don't feel like I'm top of the world. Now I dunno what I wanted to say here. Oh well, this happens often eh? I start to write something and at the middle I don't really remember what I wanted to write anymore.

We've been having a crazy weather... big typhoons two weeks in a row. And had three earthquakes in two days.
My city got lots of damages by the typhoons though I personally don't like eathquakes more. Still remember how scared I was when we had the earthquake in Kobe. Some friends lost their houses...
Seems like there might be more earthquakes coming... hope it wouldn't be very big.
I watched The Chronicle of Riddick last night. Pretty good. I liked Pitch Black too.

Today I talked to my friend Barb. We haven't talked for a while. Lots to catch up.
She's one of my favourite person in this world. We can talk about silly things to serious life depending stuff. She might be moving back to Vancouver sometime soon. Not sure yet though if she does, I'd love to visit her there in Nov... still haven't decided what to do in Nov. Not that I have to go somewhere on Nov though I'd like to go somewhere... oh well, we'll see.
I dunno since when though seems like Toronto is a good place to shop. And my friends are there, so if I go to Vancouver then I would go to TO too. Well, I would go anywhere as long as there's some friends who wants to have me there. :)

Slow Sunday at work...
Had pretty big earthquake around 7pm. Well, not big but long. I felt sick like riding a boat.
I've been watching lots of movies on local/cable tv lately.
Yesterday I watched G.I. Jane, Resident Evil and Lord of the Ring. Now I'm watching L.A. Confidential. I've been feeling like I don't have much time though look! I've spend more than 5 hours just looking at tv yesterday (well, I've also been reading though). I guess I just like to complain that I don't have enough time to study... haha :)

Now I want to get new pair of shoes, but I guess I should wait till my blisters heal.
I was looking for my albums today. But I couldn't find them. So asked my mom. She had no idea either. Found some old pics though... I'm really bad at organizing pics...

Though the typhoon was very big and it damaged my city big time.
My house was okay, a river one block away though they made it wide and deep so it won't flood. And I live 20 mins away from the sea.
But my office... is 5 mins away from the sea. I work on 2nd floor. 1st floor was flooded.
So were all the shops around the building. My co-worker had to take her car to fix. Cuz water came more than 2 feet high around her house. My friend's parents house had water more than 3 feet high.
Lucky me, I just saw some puddles. Even though I was stuck in Osaka and couldn't go home. I was in the hotel room. Clean and comfy. Many people had a sleepless night. :(
